What could we do to improve?

Post on website that you are not really affiliated with BSW and they there is a facility charge that doesn’t get billed to insurance. Totally out of pocket: otherwise, care was excellent.

What do you like about our services?

The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. The hospital is very clean and the lobby is so welcoming. The nurses and my helper were so nice and knowledgeable. Everyone made my procedure so much more easier than I thought it would be.
