Short wait time and everyone was friendly and informative.
I was supported through everything I wanted to do. From giving birth naturally to breastfeeding, the staff were encouraging and knowledgeable. We also love that everyone was not afraid to express their individual opinion about breastfeeding etc. We got many different answers and opinions.
Upon arrival the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is spacious and welcoming. The employees help calm any worries you may have and very efficient at their tasks. Highly recommend any services to be done here.
All staff was excellent. Very professional, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Facility was great, food service was very good, and overall a 10!

I was blown away by how quickly we were able to be seen and treated by a doctor.
There was always quite the delay in response from the nursing staff. I remember asking for an anti-nausea and never received it. And when my nurse finally did come in few hours later, it was for another reason and she was unaware of the request for the anti-nausea. Whenever I pushed the front desk for help the time was that of annoyance. This was my 2nd child, 2nd C-section and unfortunately this hospital was nothing like my first experience at Medical City Frisco for postpartum care. Bedside manner from most, not all, of the the nursing staff was that of annoyance. Just another room, another patient. The food really was lack-luster and the base line of 40 minutes minimum to get anything made wanting to get outside food more appealing and less time consuming. I really went into this experience hearing so many good things about Baylor Scott and White and I didn't experience any of whatever anyone else experienced. Was really disappointing and I'm not sure how you fix that.

Very close easy parking. Friendly, personal reception. Only a 3 minute wait before I got to see the Doctor, who diagnosed my problem (cellulitis on upper and lower lips) very quickly and immediately sent a prescription order to my pharmacist. 3 days later, the cellulitis is already decreasing.
The staff, the nurses, technicians, doctors, assistants, taking a good care of me, the rooms are very confortables. Thank you very much for having me in your hands
