Very professional and kind.
Did not get offered a ride in wheelchair to car. I had to walk all the way downstairs to front lobby after c-section. Did not get offer shower/tub for babies. Not all the nurses were kind/caring and made me feel like a check box.
Discount, refund, free stay, something to make it right. Had my other child before and was a better experience.
I love the people that directly took care of me. I LOVED every one of them. Each nurse was so incredibly kind, very attentive and as helpful as ever.

My baby had a fractured leg and my discharged was within 30 hours of my delivery. (C section)
I was not fully recovered and was in trauma because I had uterine rupture.

I was seen quickly and taken care of for the most part
the first doctor didn't let me know he was leaving (end of shift) and it took a while to get my xrays read but I was given a walking boot soon after.
I was able to see a doctor same day. Was very thorough and got me in and out in about 45 minutes.

From warm welcoming to discharge it was a very pleasant experience. As we have a little family support and our first baby we walked in nervous, but the hospital and management really never felt us lonely. The support we received from nurses is amazing. Especially our labor Nurse Theresa I cant thank her enough, the way she supported us during the labor and delivery was so special and we will remember her for our rest of out lives. I also want to thank baby Nurses - Maddy & Leslie was simply amazing, they both made us very much comfortable and confident in our postpartum. Both the nurses are so nice, thought us very much during the postpartum and they both were so nice to us during our stay in Baylor scott.
