I was seen to with all the professionalism possible. My corner Baylor Urgent was packed for the night. We asked what else was available and they recommended the Frisco office.
I’m sure glad they did so.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I'm very disappointed the way you discharged patients without any proper medication. Not able to breathe, couching & send them home, without the proper medication.

Effecient, and was treated very well the entire experience. The follow up was perfectly timed, and everyone was very helpful. I must have spoke to at least 5 different folks, and the experience was exceptional every time.
