Very friendly and efficient services

Short wait and resolved my problem

We walked in and were taken care of immediately. Friendly staff and caring doctor. We were very pleased.

Wait time. I waited to get back for 2.5 hours

Location, and professional staff.

The front desk check in was an unpleasant surprise. Nowhere to sit at the counter and no privacy. People checking in haven’t eaten, had anything to drink and obviously have issues if they’re having surgery. In my case, I walk with a cane. It was crowded and frankly unprofessional in the way it’s set up. The staff was working hard and doing their best/ not their fault. The form for medications should be sent to the patient ahead of time - ridiculous to stand at a public counter and fill that out on the spot.

Everyone was very courteous & professional. I especially like the waiting area. Very cozy! The staff in the pre-op and post op were professional and friendly. I would recommend this hospital.

I recently had an outpatient procedure and I appreciated how organized the staff was from beginning to end. The facility is beautiful and parking was easy.

The people were friendly and helpful during my procedure.

The whole experience, stressful as it was, was made better because of the kind staff, nurses, and Dr Collins. Thank you !

The Doctor listened to my health concern and explained his recommendations. Having a health professional that listens is key for me.

The intake counselor, the nurses and the medical team were kind and made me feel comfortable. Consistent check up before and after my procedure.

10/10 every single worker I encountered (from nurses, to front desk, to room service, to janitors) was extremely friendly and caring. I wouldn’t want to deliver elsewhere and recommend my Dr and BS&W Frisco to everyone!

All of the nurses, doctors, and staff we interacted with were amazing!!

Sonia from food service was very kind and timely. She was so friendly and always made sure we had our meals ordered and cleared our trays timely.

Kat (night shift nurse in post partum) was so kind and thorough. She put our worries at ease, helped make me feel taken care of, and was a light in a stressful time.

Anna Claire was my postpartum nurse when I hemorrhaged. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever been though and although I know she was overwhelmed and had never experienced that before, she held my hand during it all which was the most comforting thing she could have done at the time and I will never forget her or her kindness during this extremely scary time.

Those were the standout employees during my stay, but everyone else we encountered from the nursery nurses to lactation was so sweet and kind and helpful.

The foood was also amazing!!
