Very quick to get in. Clean facilities. Doctor, nurses and front desk staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They’re also quick to get tests/scans completed. Waiting for the results is the only thing that takes the longest but even then it’s still not a very long wait.
Professional, friendly, efficient.
Feel doctor did not address my problem to the fullest. Doctor gave me IV some meds ans sent me on my way. I ended up at another hospital ER within a week. I would appreciate a call. The level of treatment was not to the extent it should have been.

I can honestly say that Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Frisco is by far the best hospital I've ever been to... From the time you enter the hospital you immediately know that this hospital is a cut above the rest. The staff that greet you are warm and friendly, the waiting room is like none other...it looks more like a classy hotel. The chairs are soft and comfortable, arranged in a way that is very inviting, not cold like the typical waiting rooms with their small vinyl stiff chairs. There is also an amazing coffee bar which includes pasty and blueberry muffins. I was having a procedure so unable to have a tasty treat, but my husband sure took advantage of it and was extremely happy. They also give the person waiting a 50% off meal in the cafeteria..ALL the nurses were UNBELIEVABLE...seriously they were all kind, friendly, caring, and made me feel pampered so much that the time flew by. And of course there was my AMAZING doctor....Dr Burleson, who I have been going to for years. I trust him completely. I have sent other family members to him and they all agree...he is INCREDIBLE. There have only been 2 doctors that I trust 100% and he is one of them. When it was time to go home they had a card individually signed by all the nurses that took care of me. All I can say is WOW...From beginning to end this hospital does not disappoint:-)
We had a great experience for an endoscopy procedure. The nurses were amazing. I felt well care for and safe. Thanks for the compassion and competence demonstrated by the team that cared for me!

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at BSWF was exceptional. The receptionist/registrar was so friendly and helpful. The pre-op team (PA and RN) were both thorough, answering our questions and alleviating our concerns. When we returned for the procedure a week later, we were greeted by the same warm receptionist as earlier. In the pre-op room, all professionals associated with my procedure stopped by to explain their role and answer any questions. Included were RNs, nurse anesthetist, anesthesiologist, lithotripsy machine technician, and urologist. After the procedure’s conclusion, I was well taken care of by kind professionals while my wife was updated by my urologist who explained all that occurred, what to expect, and whom to contact if we had any post-op questions or concerns. Lastly, the RN who readied me for departure was helpful, friendly, and thorough. I would recommend this hospital as exceptionally excellent.
