Amazing nurses and food
There was only one employee at the main check in desk. It took me almost 45 minutes to get checked in as he kept getting interrupted. My Dr called the main check in desk to see if I had even arrived at the hospital for my procedure. I had arrived early, and it took so long to check in that my Dr was about to mark me as no show. Fortunately, the dr called down to the main check in desk and they confirmed I was there still trying to check in. No fault of mine. I arrived early with all the documents and information they needed. Not a happy camper.

Clarify/Confirm arrival time in your pre-admission emails and notifications. I asked about this and the patient in-take person (at the time of my arrival) said that is something the physician/surgeon should be providing to you. Not a good answer from BSW Medical Center Frisco. Your expecting a patient to pay all their co-pays, pre-paid costs, etc., and you can't even include an arrival time in your notifications??? That's sad.....Name removed - Phone number removed.

Was so impressed with the fast check in process (she was wonderful - didn't get her name); Adam was great; he was the nurse the first time there; Robert was the nurse the second time around. Dr Janecek was awesome. So glad I chose this facility.
Personable staff that explained everything that was going to happen starting from the front desk, to Teri B who prepped me, to the anesthesiologist to the doctor and finally the post-surgery nurse.
