The nurses and doctor were very professional and friendly.
I was disappointed in my post partum staff minus miss. Brittney. This was my first baby and I had a c-section. My nurses were not really helping me and just stood there and watched me struggle. I wanted to breastfeed, but had very limited information on it so I didn’t know bottle feeding would mess that up at night and no one told me. Some of my nurses were like rude and blunt. Just overall sad about my experience in post partum, but great staff up until that point. The anthologist I forgot his name but he was literally the sweetest and most reassuring and I completely trusted him
I'm not sure. I was disappointed that they could not run the level of test to confirm if I had a mini stroke. This is not their fault. This was a listen learned for me.
Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. When you walk in, we are greeted warmly and quickly checked in. Doctors and nurses all so very kind. All a very pleasant experience. We are very thankful for such a great ER.
Everyone was welcoming and quick to get me checked out. CT scan was fast and blood and urinalysis was fast too. Hospital was clean and not crowded.
We were taken quite quickly. Introduced to Dr and nurse who proceeded to tell us step by step what they were going to do to help us. After that things moved rapidly and I was given a scan which also took no time. Some additional tests were done and soon the Dr came back with a complete report of what was done and what the results were to take to my other Doctors.
My son and I were very impressed with their efficiency.
I am new to the area and not sure of the health care assistance that is here in Frisco, so I chose an emergency unit that had the name of the the practice my Drs worked from, BSW. So glad I did.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the same.

Everyone I spoke to and had contact with was very friendly and helpful; everyone had a smile on their face and made me feel comfortable; they were personable and interested; they adapted their procedures to accommodate me with my inability to sit straight in a chair - that meant the world to me - it showed that they really cared for me as a patient; I was very impressed at the courtesy extended to me in this current state of the world. Staff was very friendly, caring and efficient
The facility was very nice and the people at the desk and staff were as well.
The front office and nurses were very kind and caring. The doctor was a little cold. He seemed very disinterested in me as patient. He in my opinion did not take into consideration my chronic illness of type 1 diabetes and cancer. I think it may have been during a shift. He just ordered X-rays and nose swaps even though I mentioned it was hard to take a deep breath and I was winded. He popped his head iin said it was bronchitis and that the nurses would get me discharged and that was it. I won’t recommend.

I like how efficient the staff was. There was a miscommunication with the doctor's office and the hospital about my surgery date. The hospital staff called the doctor's office was able to clear a spot for me. The surgical nurses were very nice.

From the moment I checked in until the day I went home, I was treated with such kindness and compassion. The facility was spotless, and every doctor, nurse, and staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Their warmth, patience, and dedication truly made a difficult time so much easier. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and support I received.
The staff was wonderful.
Rachael (the tending nurse) was fantastic. She has a good personality and a wonderful sense of humor. The three of us (my wife, me, and Rachael) chatted for a bit once I was in the waiting area being prepped, she did nice job.
The three personnel (don't recall their names) in the operating room were very nice from what I recall, as I went under pretty quick once I went in for my procedure, a good group of people!
Dr. Collins was a nice guy, took time to explain what he would be doing, and we had some general conversation. He has "a good bedside manner".
