Nurses should put more efforts to make sure patient is able to dilated and able to do normal deliveries.

I really appreciate how caring and attentive everyone was, especially the nursing staff. They were so kind, patient and supportive during such an important time for me. They checked on me regularly, answered all my questions, and made me feel more comfortable. It truly made a big difference in my overall experience. Staff is extremely professional and amazing. Great 2nd experience in labor and delivery and postpartum.

CARING, FRIENDLY, HARDWORKING, TIMELY, THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL..EVERY SINGLE TEAM MEMBER! I would never go anywhere else for ER care! My son is an ER physician in San Antonio. Once opened, in Frisco, we always used this ER when he and his 3 siblings were growing up. He went to Baylor. I can’t help but surmise this ER contributed to his professional career and direction. Y’all are amazing and phenomenal! I praise God for everyone of you!

The politeness and the car that you received from the ER everyone was nice to my father and I’m very attended and I will recommend and I have been in there and I have had surgery in 2013 there so likely more than likely that my family comes to this hospital thank you keep up the good work

Nurse attending was a 10.

However, I was surprised that the Dr didn’t even look in my throat when I mentioned mucus on my airways. I also mentioned chest pains and shortness of breath. I was hoping they could drain it or focus on that issue. I told him that Mucinex, etc weren’t helping. I felt like there was a breakdown as soon as he saw my heart level was fine. Also, I had already seen my PCP which was was why I was coming for urgent help. I still had needed further help.

Dr was friendly though.
