Everyone was friendly and the medical service was quick.
Quick and friendly while doing a great job.
I am very disappointed with some doctors because I had to wait to long , and just in 5 minutes the doctor want other appointment for the same issue, that means more time and money. I had a procedure and the doctor never let me know about the side effects of this procedure, and fill out a complaint and they say the doctor was right and I was wrong. They don't asked me about my complications. I am very disappointed 😞

I found the hospital to be clean, sanitary, organized and equipped with modern technology. The checkin experience on the morning of my procedure was exceptional. The nurse, anesthesiologist (Dr. Whitaker) was warm and communicated to me what he would be doing and what to expect. Denae Johnson the RN Nurse was also warm and attentive to me. When I went into the operating room for the procedure everyone was caring. I was laying there and nervous about this procedure and as caring as everyone was I was still nervous and scared. Terrell Austin was with the Dr. and prepping me for the procedure before the anesthesia was administered and he looked at me and spoke to me in the most caring and warm way and said I was going to be ok. This was reassuring to me and the last thing I remember before going under the anesthesia. Following the procedure Dr. Gurkaminder Sandhu provided me an assessment of the procedure and assured me I was going to be ok and prescribed some medication for me to take. I found in hindsight the procedure was easy and felt like the team at Baylor had my best interest in mind.

My recent experience at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Frisco, as it truly exemplifies excellence in medical care.
From the moment I began the pre-registration check-in process to the day of my surgery, every aspect of my visit was handled with utmost professionalism and care. The check was smooth and efficient, making what could have been a stressful remarkably easy for me.
What stood out the most was the dedication and kindness of the entire staff. Each nurse, anesthesiologist, and doctor I encountered made me feel like I was their number one priority. Despite having other patients to attend to, their focus and genuine concern for my well-being were palpable. It’s not every day that you feel such personalized care in a medical setting.
While I regret not being able to remember everyone’s names, it’s a testament to the fact that each individual at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Frisco was outstanding. Their collective efforts created an environment that was not only efficient but also incredibly supportive. I felt at ease knowing that I was in such capable hands.

From the moment I called to now, there have been issues with my appointment and care through this urgent care. As I called to ask the wait time, if appointments were available, and estimated cost, I was not given a direct answer to anything. I was told no appointments were allowed, walkins only. When I hung up, I called my primary care who informed me appointments were available at this location and gave me times. I was not given an estimated cost and given the wrong number to dial for billing questions. I reread the number back to the lady and she confirmed. The number given was to a towing company. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. While in pain, I was treated like in idiot. After calling back the next day to ask questions because the pain had gotten severely worse, I was again met with hostility and attitude. Under no circumstances would I recommend this location or services received.
