Everything! I have been to a few facilities in my 75 years but never like this amazing one.
So organized, clean, super friendly doctors and nurses, etc. above and beyond. Can’t say enough!!!!
Pre-op Nurse Kevin and post-op nurse Amy were great and very concerned for my well-being, comfort and care. Dr. Burleson is always the best!
Out front everyone was quick to acknowledge our presence and had everything right there ready to go. Eye contact goes a long way, as does organization.
The facility is beautifully finished and it is also run very well. Everything is organized, the staff are pleasant & polite and it creates as good an experience as you can have for a hospital setting.
Some of the nursery nurses could probably be a bit nicer and understanding with first time parents. We had an unpleasant experience with our night shift nurse, Natalie, she came off very condescending and rude. She seemed bothered when we would ask questions and also when we requested to have our son taken to the nursery. I also disliked the way she handled my son, she seemed a bit rough with him and not gentle. Additionally, I feel like there should be a better system in place when ordering food from the cafeteria. I disliked the fact that the ladies from the cafeteria would come into my room and rush us to order food. Not to mention some of them were rude!

The attention to detail from all the staff and the excellent standard of care that i received was above and beyond what I could ever expect.
Every team member encountered was excellent. The service received from the team was truly first class!
The experience started at the Reception Desk where the team member was very welcoming. She shared that she once worked for Hilton Hotels and took the time to make conversation.
The Nursing team made up of Ms. Amy, Ms. Rall, Ms. Summer, Ms. Nicole, and Ms. Cary, were wonderful and so kind. Dr. Brown, the anesthesiologist was kind and had a soothing touch.
Baylor Scott White should be proud of these team members. They are truly amazing and help burnish the facility's reputation. It is clear that your training practices are effective.
Thank you so much for treating your patients as human beings and not just names and numbers on a chart.

This operates more like an urgent care not like an emergency room. I had to wait to get treated in spite of me being visibly in lot of pain curling up on the floor. They should rename as urgent care clinic
Everyone was absolutely wonderful to be around our entire time there. They were all knowledgeable, caring, comforting, and in general a joy to be around. In particular our labor and delivery nurse Bekah was absolutely spectacular!

The doctor misdiagnosed me. I told her I thought I had an infection, she literally told me I didn't. When I went to my doctor today, I had an infected abcess, which he drained right then, and said he didn't know why the ER wouldn't. The doctor was dismissive and it felt like she was done for the night with one foot out the door.
