Friendly, caring people who are passionate and professional.
Nice and very professional!
Very friendly and professional. It was a quick process.
Portals are too hard to get to and the paperwork they give you is very hit or miss
Very focused patient care.
Friendly Medical Staff and very helpful
Well organized and prompt treatment. Dr. Al Cardenas was very attentive and explained things clearly. Will be coming back for any future emergency room needs.
Highly recommend. Upmost care for the patient.
Very expeditious and professional.
When I arrived I was quickly greeted at the front desk and a nurse was ready to take me back. However, the new nurse that came to take care of me along with the doctor disappointed me. The nurse was moving at a very slow pace. I had to ask her if they had the capability to use an ultra sound to find a vein. On top of that the doctor that came in asked me what he should do for me given I was positive with the flu. I had to ask him to give me fluids and nausea medicine bc I had been throwing up since 5pm. He didn’t care much and said ok. I also let him know that I had abdominal pain as I am a crohns patient. He said we don’t have any GI specialists for you so we can do a CT scan and send you to another hospital with the disk so they can treat you should anything show up. I was ended up treated with a bag of fluid and nausea medicine and was discharged. I’ve never felt so under appreciated in my life. I even went as far as telling the staff that you would let an individual suffer than help elevate symptoms. I asked them if I should go to another ER to be treated. This will be the last time I visit your ER facility. Mind you my wife and used your hospital to for the birth of our child in January. Very disappointing ER experience this time around.
Everyone was so friendly and polite! Great facility with great people!
Everything was great, My surgery was done on 04/15/2025.
Please do thank the nurses Chessy, Cindy, Chelsea, and the 4th one I don't remember as I was recovering from Anesthesia :-)

Very professional, knowledgeable, and appropriately staffed
It was a very pleasurable experience from start to ending. How many times can you say that about having a procedure in a Hospital.
The nurses and facility is amazing
Everything is organized and runs smooth. Everyone is professional and good at what they do.
Everyone was very friendly, on time, & made you feel very welcome.
Friendly, clean atmosphere. Staff is prompt. Great bedside manner !
Excellent, expedient quality of care. Thank you!
I called ahead because I had a spinal headache. I had gone to Methodist on Saturday, they said they couldn’t do anything for me because they didn’t have an anesthesiologist to perform a blood patch. After another day of suffering, I called Baylor - Frisco to see if they would have anyone to help me. The doctor called one of their anesthesiologists and he was there by the time I got there. He performed the blood patch and I felt immediate relief. I won’t be going back to Methodist ever. Baylor Frisco will be my hospital of choice should I need to go anywhere again. The staff was kind, upbeat and we had a great time laughing. Couldn’t recommend them more.
The entire care team from the nicu nurses (Bunny & Sande) and nursery nurses (Lucy & Shy) to my L&D nurse Christina and post partum (Susan and Ashleigh) we could not have asked for a more helpful, informative and caring lineup of healthcare professionals taking care of both my baby and myself the entire time we were there. I can not forget, Dr. Jordan Mitchell is world class and I can not imagine having anyone else to deliver my baby. I feel so lucky for the attention to detail and care that my doctor and nurses put into making sure we recieved the best possible care. Couldn’t have asked for better if I tried.
If you hire me as a consultant, i will help
Nursing! From Pre op to post op. Anesthesia needs to read the notes. I requested no fentanyl and soon after the second procedure, I was given fentanyl which causes me to lose memory recognizing family. We told the nursing staff about that. Someone dropped the ball. The nurse never noted it or anesthesia doesn’t read the notes. Received no pain relief!
In pre op the nurse called me back. My wife and I walked together down the hall with the nurse who then asked is some with you, I said yes my wife, her demeanor change. Why ? I can only speculate. After the first Post op I was in so much pain for 2 1/2 hours. The only relief I had was standing , but they continued to force me to sit or lie down which made my pain more agonizing! Later on my nurse who discharge me told me from my second procedure, indulged with my wife that nurses from first procedure only gave half dose of morphine and after the second procedure I was given fentanyl by Anesthesia.
I’m not a fan of surveys , but at this moment I am. This is my worst experience with Baylor facility and staff. Yes, I am an employee of Baylor and had services from other Baylor facilities. I took for granted that all Baylor facilities are the same. This was far the worst. I guess I’m use to the other Baylor facilities and practices. The only bright spot is you access services people and the discharge nurse.
Top notch personnel!
Outstanding care , prompt and thorough. Always felt heard and cared for
Good communication, lots of smiling faces that early in the morning, efficient
I recently delivered my first baby at Baylor Scott & White Frisco, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I had an elective induction and was a little nervous going in, especially as a first-time mom—but from start to finish, the care I received was absolutely fantastic.
The nurses and staff were exceptional. They kept me well-informed throughout labor and delivery, and were incredibly supportive and attentive during my postpartum stay. I had tons of questions, and every single person I interacted with was patient, kind, and knowledgeable.
A special shoutout to Nicole, Priscilla, and the lactation consultants, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident as a new mom.
I would 100% recommend Baylor Frisco to any expecting parent—it was truly a five-star experience.
