West Point Cycles staff is friendly and knowlegeable. Repairs are made on the spot, or in a day or two, depending on what needs fixing.

I came in late in the day on the Friday of the Victoria Day long weekend. The store was busy but there were several bike specialists available to help. In a lot of bike stores, I find that staff are really condescending to women, and I found it refreshing that that was not the case at your store. I had some questions and the staff person was very helpful, checked our tires for wear, and did not try to upsell us. I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend your store to other people.

My walk in appointment was finished swiftly with a less cost.

While riding Friday morning, my chain broke. I took my bike in to West Point at opening at 11. They fixed it immediately and I was out riding again by 11:15. The service was extremely professional. I was impressed
