You guys are very helpful, always giving great service and going above and beyond. I go to any of the West Point Cycles in the city as you’re my preferred bike shop. Not stuck up like other bike shops in the city. I also am a big fan of Trek and Bontrager so i like your products as well. Keep it up!

What do you like about our products and services?

The staff is very knwledgeable regarding bikes and provide helpful and relaxed service. There was no pressure to buy or to upgrade to a more expensive bike once I decided on a particular bike. I also like their refund/exchange policy (with a receipt - GST).
