I don't live in the neighborhood anymore but when I need parts etc for my bike I still go to the point grey shop.staff always friendly and service and repairs are fantastic.

Service person Beth was very thorough in her assessment of what might fix my issues getting the right fit for my bike given my various musculoskeletal issues. Suggested starting and further investigation points and it was useful to spend the time figuring out what would give me the most comfortable and efficient ride for my needs. So far she has hit it out of the park with suggestions and service. This is likely a work in progress and I feel like she is on my team and uniquely relates to the differing needs of femail riders. Bravo!

You are helpful and cheerful, and try to source stuff that you do not stock.

The one thing I am not keen on is having to bring my bike in twice for servicing.

I bought a very nice gravel ebike from WPC. From the beginning, customer service has been exceptional. These folks get it. Attentive without being pushy. Even discouraged me from buying a bike they had in stock, so that I could check out a slightly different one that they didn't have. (I went back and bought their bike) Little things, like remembering my name, instant service ("Sure - we can take care of that right now"), polite without being obsequious; things that are so unusual these days. Prices are standard - same as everyone else - and selection is very good.
I bought a nice bike, but I saw them give the same treatment to people who made minor purchases.
I will repeat this review for the other stores (I went to all three Vancouver WPCs) as they all did the same excellent job.
