You take good care of your customers after the bike purchase. I had purchased 3 bikes in the last 18 months, 2 of them had brake leaks and pulsations (due to cheap components - Radius). You worked with TREK to get these replaced with proper Shimano T200, the components the bike should have had. You worked quickly and got us back on our bikes within a few days during the busy season.

I also appreciate coming in the store to get help and advise from your staff (Tom Ford, Phil, and others). I have bought helmets, bike pumps, lights, many other accessories. I feel you are well stocked with good products for different budgets.

I also appreciate the $20 coupons you sent out from time to time, it always makes me go back to the store to pick up a few more things I need.

West Point Cycles staff is friendly and knowlegeable. Repairs are made on the spot, or in a day or two, depending on what needs fixing.

I came in late in the day on the Friday of the Victoria Day long weekend. The store was busy but there were several bike specialists available to help. In a lot of bike stores, I find that staff are really condescending to women, and I found it refreshing that that was not the case at your store. I had some questions and the staff person was very helpful, checked our tires for wear, and did not try to upsell us. I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend your store to other people.

My walk in appointment was finished swiftly with a less cost.

While riding Friday morning, my chain broke. I took my bike in to West Point at opening at 11. They fixed it immediately and I was out riding again by 11:15. The service was extremely professional. I was impressed
