My go to shop for service and high performance gear. Staff are top notch from top to bottom. The only time I wouldn’t recommend West Point is for a new bike purchase - prices are a bit less competitive.

Main Street, My Son & I both bought Trek Cycles, with Accessories etc a few years ago, we both have purchased lots of other items, and view it as a 1 stop cycling store, we come in always get what Want , or the Staff offers to get it Instore for us ASAP. What else do want,

Service was quick, professional and done perfectly. Came in with literally no brakes and left with such good brakes the first time i used them i almost went over the handlebars which was OK, I had real brakes again. Thank you..

Best service of any bike shop I’ve been to. Low pressure sales, super helpful staff who don’t talk you into buying things you don’t need like other shops I’ve been to. Very honest. Also not many shops sell triathlon gear so that’s a huge plus.
