If you need a tuneup they’ll check everything out and only replace what’s worn out.

They had a product that I kind of imagine is hard to find, and when I found out that they couldn't process online orders over the weekend, they were happy to put in the request to cancel it and sell me the item in-store, excellent customer service and excellent product knowledge, thanks!

I would like to share my exceptional experience at West Point Cycle - Main Street. I took my bike in as I cannot shift the gears even after I replaced the battery on my lever.
Then received a frank phone call from Mark at West Point with their assessment that I may need a brand new lever as the connector was bent. Ouch, it will cost an arm and a leg!!
But Mark said they will continue to try to fix the connector issue the next day. Kudos to his team (Derek and Santana) on their perseverance and hardwork, they managed to get the part back into the position and save me $$$. They definitely have given me a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and in return, they deserve to be given a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review!
