What do you like about our products and services?

1st time renting (and using) a wetsuit. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and personable. Made me feel comfortable, despite my awkwardness in trying on ridiculously tight and unflattering wetsuits. Will be back for sure.

Did a good job cleaning up my bike and replacing parts. Shop is clean and professional looking. Only issue is that several items were duplicated on the workorder when they transferred my bike from another shop, leading to a much higher cost than expected. After I questioned the price, they promptly found and fixed the issue. Accidents happen and I appreciate that they handled it in a professional way.
