The item I intended to purchase was not available contrary to what the website stated. None the less, I was adviced immediately and refund was made immediately. Yes, I would recommend WPC due to their efficient customer service considering the times we are now facing.

Andrew was wonderful to deal with. Professional, detail-oriented and customer-focused. We had a bit of a hiccup with an online bike order - he quickly found a win/win outcome to remedy the situation. I recently bought another bike from another shop - I wish I had purchased it from Westpoint Cycles instead! Will recommend to friends and family.
