I was very impressed with the service at West Point Cycles. I came to them in the eleventh hour looking to have my bike packed for shipping. Sarah, the owner, offered to stay late for the drop off and was able to expidite the process.

Great intelligent service given with a smile. Advice is clear and freely provided. You can tell the staff are experienced bike people and will work with you providing options if necessary to get the work accomplished. They provide a complete guarantee on their repairs.
When you walk in the store you know you are in excellent and friendly hands.

Although a few mistakes were made along the way (missing reflector, readjustment of the brake pads), the staff were excellent. They addressed all my concerns, and happily rectify my issues. I am more than happy with the staff.
