Great service - wetsuit rental was easy and you even dealt with removing the tri-tatoos!

Would be nice to see more selection in store for biking accessories (helmets, lights, rain gear).

Great service! Staff is always polite, unflappable, prompt in tending to customers, proactive and never try to upsell. Bike fitting is top notch.

I can't comment on the variety or price of products as I don't comparative shop. They always have what I need, when I want it. Can't ask for anything more.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very good customer service from Sarah including recommending and fitting bikes for my wife and myself, recommending accessories, pedals and shoes, and even lending me her Garmin when mine broke just before the Gran Fondo. I would definitely recommend West Point Cycles at Second and Main for all riders or those wanting to get started in cycling.

Pretty much everything - fair prices; knowledgeable staff. Occasionally bike maintenance is not as good as it should be - esp. at W. 2nd store...although this has been better lately.
