I've been to a lot of mountain bike stores in Vancouver over the years, and honestly these guys are second to none. Service is fantastic; fast and thorough. Seriously recommend mountain bikers to try them out

Honestly the knowledge and just answering my numerous amount of questions with out feeling like they are just trying to 'sell' me something. All the equipment I need for tri is expensive and it actually felt like the people cared about the person! SO GRATEFUL! I have already recommended the shop to others!

From the moment I walked in I knew this was the right place for me. Every person I have interacted with has been lovely, knowledgeable, and informative. This is my first road bike, and I was quite overwhelmed. The team (Cait, Randy, Tim, Sara (sp?)) treated me so well and made me feel comfortable, so, thank you!!
I have already recommended the location (Main and 2nd)to everyone on my team, you guys are awesome!
Awesome customer service is the only real differentiator in most businesses, you guys have it on lock.
