What do you like about our products and services?

From the moment I walked in I knew this was the right place for me. Every person I have interacted with has been lovely, knowledgeable, and informative. This is my first road bike, and I was quite overwhelmed. The team (Cait, Randy, Tim, Sara (sp?)) treated me so well and made me feel comfortable, so, thank you!!
I have already recommended the location (Main and 2nd)to everyone on my team, you guys are awesome!
Awesome customer service is the only real differentiator in most businesses, you guys have it on lock.

I live across the street and think you guys are great. I just recently bought a bike at another shop because I wanted something really specific that you dont carry - Surly Disc Trucker. Having said that, for all my clothing and bike accessory needs, I will shop with you. Always a great feeling in your store.

I was very impressed with the service at West Point Cycles. I came to them in the eleventh hour looking to have my bike packed for shipping. Sarah, the owner, offered to stay late for the drop off and was able to expidite the process.
