Main st. branch. Andrew Ribeiro is very helpful and knowledgeable. One things that I would suggest is that they should answer their phone often for easy communication with their customer.
I walked into 3 bike shops before walking into Westpoint Cycles. There were bikes that I would have happily bought but Andrew just made it easy when I walked in. I would definitely refer a friend.

We were very happy with the service at the Main Street location. Staff is very caring and take the time to talk to clients. We didn't feel rushed even though there was a line outside. Dylan went far and beyond to understand our needs, adjust our new bikes, and offered to follow up on our request to get car racks, which he did by email the very next day. Keep up with the wonderful job!

The process of setting up a test ride and then an appointment to buy my bike was very smooth and easy. I appreciated Dylan’s expert knowledge and help selecting the right bike for me, and his patience with picking out all the accessories afterward. He truly provided amazing customer service, and I wish every retail shop employed people like him. I also appreciate how strictly the store is enforcing social distancing rules - it is refreshing to see an establishment taking it seriously.
Nice to see that they took physical distancing seriously at the Main Street location. Online ordered bike that was sized regular for my wife but rep recommended that small would be size when I was there to pick up. They did this over the concern with the immediate sale. She took the time to see if they had one in stock and found one. They took the time to prioritize the construction of it so that I didn't have to return from Coquitlam.

My bike was properly assembled and I was told that I had 30 days to bring it back for a check, in case I had any concerns with it. Also, I was told that I can bring my bike for preventive maintenance within a year from the date of purchase.
