The responsiveness and the attention to detail.

From check in to pick up, all staff are welcoming, kind, and smart. They answer questions forthrightly with an obvious knowledge base behind them. Estimates are offered, appointment times for service are very accommodating, prices are reasonable, replaced parts are offered for inspection and any after service issues or questions are always handled promptly. Five bikes and plenty of gear from West Point over the past twenty years and I'd never go elsewhere. Thanks Andrew, Noah and Randy for the great service and sound sales advice this week.

I am an avid cyclist and prefer the bontrager line that West Point handles. The staff at West Point Cycles are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I left the store with exactly what I needed and enjoyed the experience!
