Welcoming staff and no pressure . I went to pick up my sons bike and a lovely young man by the name of Noah helped me : i like that he asked if I needed any add ons as I did so I got some lights that will be perfect . Many options to choose from also but I feel I got the ones best for the needs. I would definitely recommend

Knowledgeable

There are two dozen bike shops to choose from in DT Vancouver. I realized after a few visits to West Point Cycles on Main, that they would be my 'L.B.S.' local bike shop.
The staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen.
During the Pandemic, West Point Cycles on Main did a remarkable job of managing customer visits, making the overall experience feel safe & enjoyable.
Whether it was a new bike, accessories for an existing bike or a bike in for service, the staff communicated the time frames required and stayed in touch until completion of the work.

Good selection and quality products

Easy to order online - just wish they were open more hours and days for pickup - understand with Covid and all - but when people are working and only open for limited days and time, would have got it earlier.

Great service and perks

I initially talked to Randy over email, and then once I went to the bike shop, I met Dylan. Both were super kind and helpful. Dylan helped me understand the difference between the bikes I was choosing from and then helped me get some accessories in a very professional way. He wasn't pushy, and that gave me the trust I need when I am shopping for something for the first time.

The entire process was smooth from choosing the bikes online, coming to the store for a test ride, and then picking up the bikes in person.

The accessories have a very competitive price, and they cost the same as Amazon or even cheaper. The warranty and complimentary maintenance are top-notch. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Way to go, West Point Cycles! Kudos to Dylan!!!

Although things, are different & difficult due to Covid 19 , I have no Issues with the Service and the quality of the extensive Work carried out on my bike at my Local store. Well done Guys & Gals.
