You want a bike shop to be a welcoming place, a place where people are creative in their thinking, thrifty in their ideas, and generous in their service. Over there years, I have asked much of my beloved bike shop. I now know the names of the gentle people who have oft given me their time, their patience, and their skills. I need my bike to push through this city, to be my commuter vehicle, and to be continually in great shape. And that's what I have.

The service team is very knowledgeable and they put my bike on a rack and ran it through the gears and showed me what was happening and what needed to be adjusted. I went for the full service package and my bike looks and sounds like new now. And they did the service quickly and I had my bike back in two days. Love my Trek!
