We had another great experience with the staff who were eager to help and aficionados of Bromptons. Despite a monthlong backlog of bike tune ups we were fit in and they informed us that we could use a coupon despite not knowing one existed.

It was my first time buying a brand new bike so I was pretty nervous. Joko was AMAZING! He was so patient with me. He answered all my questions and really helped me understand everything I needed to know. He was not at all pushy. He was really nice and made me feel valued as a customer. I had some short interactions with some of the other staff and they were all really nice and chill as well. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

We brought in two bikes. One is very old. The team did a really good job of servicing. Bikes run smoothly. No one was trying to talk us into a new bike to replace the old classic we have.
