I found that the staff was more than helpful and knowledgeable and the fact that the store stocked parts for my older Trek was wonderful. Also the quick action on my warranty issue (failed rear wheel) means that I will be able to take my new Edmonds on a planned bike trip.

It was my first experience at your store and company. There was staff available to help me, the shop was nice and air conditioned. I saw many items I liked. I’ll come back and explore when I have more time.

I am so impressed that both times I have needed repairs your shop had the items in stock. Both repairs were also done in one or two days which is outstanding service! Many shops quote a week at least which is too long to wait especially in the summer when the weather is good. Thank you for stocking such a variety of parts (XT and XTR) and providing excellent customer service at a fair price!
