your staff are fantastic. Every time I go into the store, I am greeted by a staff member who is both friendly and knowledgeable, as well as willing to go the extra mile. At my most recent visit, Randy assisted me to find new pedals, and even called the other store to get my colour of choice shipped over; in the meantime he offered to put on temporary pedals. Top notch!

My husband has a trek bike from the 80's he still uses.
It is really close to home. The people working there were the best. Everyone was so accommodating and knowledgable. They encouraged me to try a couple of bikes.
The service adding racks, mirrors, bells was quick.
The communication was through email, and I was even sent pictures of products to choose from.
The work was completed quickly. The order came in on time.
Really impressive crew and the place was busy busy and I am sure all of the above is why

My new Trek Verve eBike is amazing. The comfort and secure feeling with the StepThru has changed the desire to bike - it has been a great purchase. The staff at 10th were so helpful with all my test rides, information I needed regarding the bike, the few calls I made after getting the bike and riding around my area. Thank you to all.
I had the Main Street shop install the Key Lock secure hubs/seat, great job, very polite and welcoming. Now I am at ease when I lock up the bike -
I have recommended a friend that she go try the bike at either store.

Your customer service was stellar from all three staff members I dealt with!! And is a big reason I bought my bike at West Point. I had walked into other bike stores and no one even said hello let alone approach me despite looking closely at the bikes in store. Everyone was so knowledgeable at West Point yet didn’t make me feel intimidated considering I don’t know much about bikes and their accessories. Thank you for your awesome service!! I will be recommending you highly.
