Your online service is terrific. Good to have a go to Bike shop for getting bike parts. Your inventory information was very helpful. I was able to check availability, current stock status, and delivery service and was notified promptly of the delivery of my ordered part. I choose your Main Street location for pick up. Although it is in a busy part of Vancouver, your store provides plenty of on site parking for both cars and bikes and the bike routes make your store highly accessible.

i needed some brake pads for my disc brakes, and the mechanic set me up, and explained how to fix my own bike. Before i left, they said to call if any questions. Well, after a few hiccups, i did call, and then brought my bike in for some final tweaks to get it all running smooth again!

She looked but couldn't find the item I needed immediately and took my phone number and called me back when she was able to locate it. Great customer service like this is one of the reasons I'll be a repeat customer! Great experience.

The staff are very responsive and attentive. Catches you right away to provide assistance. Online is great, but it is very tough to buy cycling shoes on line without trying. If possible try to have more in store for trying and sizing.
