Honestly, every time i have been in - the item i needed wasnt in stock. BUT staff were helpful in identifying what i need, and either ordering it or redirecting me to somewhere i could get it. staff are always friendly and helpful, even for those of us who probably ask super dumb questions because we aren't deep into the cycling world.
Service was great. Went through a brief run down on what my needs were to assess the most suitable bike for me.

They were all very helpfull and friendly specially Randy, whom I bombarded with all my questions and he was patient, knowledgeable and thorough with all his answers.
