The sales representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased my bike from Westpoint 2 years ago. Last year, I had issues with my bike seat falling down after each adjustment. I was riding by Westpoint and stopped in. They serviced my bike seat at no cost. I did purchase a spare bike tube. I was having a brain fog kind of day. The sales rep chuckled and had to confirm it was a bike tube that I was looking for. He was patient, polite and super friendly. Highly recommend the service, no matter how small the purchase.

I found exactly what I wanted on your website -- a chain-measuring tool (Park Tool CC-4), one that was recommended in a review (https://www.cyclingtips.com/2019/08/bicycle-chain-wear-and-checking-for-it/). In a rush to pick it up on my way to a birthday party, I called the Main St store and on getting a voicemail, I then called the Kerrisdale store morning of march 25, talked to ...(eep, have forgotten her name) who was very helpful, she found the item in stock both in Kerrisdale and Main stores, then I dashed down to the Main St store and even without ordering ahead I was in and out of there with the exact item in under 4 minutes, thanks to Liam. I then presented it to the birthday person, a former bike mechanic, who was delighted. I would have bought it at West Point regardless of price, being a WP devotee (having bought my last two bikes there), but I noticed your price was lower than anywhere else online. So... great value, great service, super-speedy, super-friendly, handy website, multiple locations. Five stars. Thank you! You can quote any part of this as by Nancy B. I took advantage of the servicing promotion for my road bike. The staff was very helpful, answered all my questions. I received a comprehensive work order explaining clearly what was required. I had requested to have a gear added to make going up the hill a little easier, the parts were promptly obtained, and the turn around time was quick. I appreciated the communication and the friendly and helpful service.

Availability of sizes.

The crew at West Point Cycles really went above and beyond to make sure they explained the specifics of my bike and its set up. It really felt like they cared about my knowledge on how it works in detail so I can troubleshoot or do work on it myself. To me, the fact that a service person is trying to help me be more self sufficient is worth the cost of a set up in itself.

This is a great bike shop. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. I've taken my bikes in there for tune ups and have always received great service. I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable local bike shop.
