We and all our family members who have purchased bicycles from West Point Cycles over the last 40 years (7 e-bikes alone!) have received excellent service and advice from everyone at WPC. The technicians are highly knowledgeable; WPC stands behind their service and the products they sell. We've come to rely on their recommendations, not just for bikes, but also for all the other things, like panniers, saddles, shoes and locks etc. The staff always have time to explain the reasons they are recommending a product and make sure it is right for your needs. Over the years we've had a lot of servicing and tune-ups: the prices are fair and they are always completed when they said they would be. Bikes are our primary mode of transportation in the city. We rely on WPC to keep our bikes in good working order and for products to make our cycling more enjoyable and safer. We highly recommend you choose West Point Cycles as your local bike shop.

Friendly staff & a great website where it's easy to see what products are available and in-stock. I don't know any bike stores other than Bicicletta that have a good working website so that's a huge bonus.

West Point team is most awesome!
My parts were ready and when I needed a couple more things they were so fast to provides the parts. There is a small issue in that while waiting I was really tempted to buy a new Trek Racing team bike! But as a cyclist - the right number of bike is N+1

Fantastic service, quality products. We arrived close to closing time on a day they were very busy and short-staffed. We thought we'd install the parts ourselves in the parking lot to get away from the rush. The team made a point of coming outside to see if we needed any help & offered to bring us back into the shop just as the rush cleared. I'm grateful for their attention and thoughtfulness.
