I took advantage of the servicing promotion for my road bike. The staff was very helpful, answered all my questions. I received a comprehensive work order explaining clearly what was required. I had requested to have a gear added to make going up the hill a little easier, the parts were promptly obtained, and the turn around time was quick. I appreciated the communication and the friendly and helpful service.

The crew at West Point Cycles really went above and beyond to make sure they explained the specifics of my bike and its set up. It really felt like they cared about my knowledge on how it works in detail so I can troubleshoot or do work on it myself. To me, the fact that a service person is trying to help me be more self sufficient is worth the cost of a set up in itself.

This is a great bike shop. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. I've taken my bikes in there for tune ups and have always received great service. I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable local bike shop.

What do you like about our products and services?

You want a bike shop to be a welcoming place, a place where people are creative in their thinking, thrifty in their ideas, and generous in their service. Over there years, I have asked much of my beloved bike shop. I now know the names of the gentle people who have oft given me their time, their patience, and their skills. I need my bike to push through this city, to be my commuter vehicle, and to be continually in great shape. And that's what I have.

The service team is very knowledgeable and they put my bike on a rack and ran it through the gears and showed me what was happening and what needed to be adjusted. I went for the full service package and my bike looks and sounds like new now. And they did the service quickly and I had my bike back in two days. Love my Trek!
