When I walk in and ask for parts, help, advice on my bike, the staff has always made me feel welcome and "cool". I feel like I'm part of the biking community, and they always understand what I need, when I don't. Plus, they're prices are great and I often get better deals here than online.

While looking for stems for my bike, I wasn't clear on what length I needed and a staff member gave me to order stems, and told me to try them out and see what worked best. I used them for a month, and came back to get the length I needed. It's this kind of thing that keeps me coming back - a customer first culture that helps me enjoy cycling.

Marc was simply amazing. He fell in love with my
OG Pino and took great pains to either find a dated shifter he could make work or, with persistence, rebuild my original derailleur. He took great care with the bike and emailed me with his progress. He was super friendly, super helpful and seemed to take great joy and pride in his work.

Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but the man who helped me pick up the bike in store was wonderful. He was so kind with explaining everything to me and helping me pick out accessories. The bike is a gift for my husband and I know nothing about cycling. Truly a 10/10 for customer service! Highly recommend this shop.
