The service team is very knowledgeable and they put my bike on a rack and ran it through the gears and showed me what was happening and what needed to be adjusted. I went for the full service package and my bike looks and sounds like new now. And they did the service quickly and I had my bike back in two days. Love my Trek!

Staff are always very helpful and knowledgable. I've bought two bikes from them over the years and had an excellent experience both times, as well as any time I've been in for accessories or to get my bikes serviced.

What do you like about our products and services?

I bought my first road bike several months ago with a plan to do a gran fondo in 2023. I recently got it serviced by West Point.
The bike mechanic, Mark, was absolutely excellent offering great tips and advice as well as tuning up my bike.

What do you like about our products and services?

I’ve been taking my bikes here every spring the last couple years to get them ready for the upcoming riding season. Great service with a great turnaround time, and all at competitive prices. Staff are always helpful and go over what your bike needs immediately, and what can wait a few months. Never pushing you to a purchase. Overall, a great experience!
