The mechanic who helped me select and install a fender was friendly and very helpful.
Floor manager went above and beyond finding the correct fender for my bike. Even though the installation was more complex than originally thought (package didn’t include correct mount), he improvised successfully and still refused to charge me for labour. Excellent customer service.

The Main Street store has plenty of products at reasonable prices. But I stayed for the amazing service: each person at WPC is knowledgeable, friendly, ready to provide best advice suitable to your biking needs. They listen first, and propose a range of solutions after. And from sales to technical support it’s seamless: both sides complement and echo each other. The staff it are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The range of products is excellent and if something isn’t available at the location, they find it at one of the other stores or they order it for you. Fabulous customer service, which puts this bike shop head and shoulders above any other we’ve ever used.
