I have an old Pugeout bike that required repair. Y Not was able to get the parts and make repairs in the time frame that I needed. Great job done.
Very convenient and easy rentals! Appreciate that they are sanitizing the bikes between users too!
My tire was not replaced and we are having to return to get it done. Will see how things go once we bring it back. The gentleman we spoke to on the phone said to bring it back and it would be Corrected. Which I appreciate but don’t understand how the tube gets replaced but put a bad tire back on over it is confusing. Having to return is not convenient at all. But necessary in order to make it right. Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly though.

Employees could offer more information on warranty and other additional information unknown by the customer. They could also offer the customer information on bike repairs and services.
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I was told that the repair and tune up would take two weeks, but it actually only took 9 days. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Only problem is I was told my tires would cost approximately $25 apiece which should make it $50 for two tires I know they would be extra if I didn’t take the tires off myself but for the total price to be around $90 Seemed like a little extra but I am OK with that because the bike does ride very nice but I did not have any explanation when I repeated “wow when he gave me the price..But no hard feelings

Bike rental was only $10/hr up to $25 max. This made it easier for me to take my grandson on the bike trail and not have to worry about loading and unloading our bikes onto my bike rack.

Jeff was awesome to work with at the shop. We found the exact bikes we'd been looking for, for over a month now. We drove down from Tiffin and picked them up. Jeff treated us like we were lifelong customers, answering all of our questions and making some recommendations while we shopped for accessories. We will definitely be visiting again when we need accessories!

Store hours and location convenience. Well laid out showroom, good business website and availability to customers!
Excellent services
Great staff, extremely knowledgeable and very personable, Nice selection of products, never felt pressured . Eric took the time,even though the shop was extremely busy ,to explain the differences in models and allowed me to take for a test drive on nearby trail to help make my decision.Before he would allow me to load the new bike into truck for the 1 1/2 hr. trip home , although they were very busy ,did a thorough inspection to assure I would not have any issues. If you are looking for a great bike , from a great shop, with quality people, look no further than Y-Not Cycling ,Lexington ,Ohio...........Ron

Everything is good quality products but they are fairly priced. Everything is extremely easy to find because the staff is very knowledgeable about everything.
Like the trek bikes , employees took care of my needs in a courteous and timely fashion .
