I love that Eric wouldn't sell me a bike just because he had it. He knew the bike in inventory would not fit my frame and ordered the right bike for me. I love the shop's support of the community through things like the Jason Young Invitational and through offering bikes during the COVID lockdown. I love the New Year's Day gathering and riding tradition. I love that the shop is local and supports a healthy, life-affirming activity good for introverts and extroverts alike.

Be more clear about your desire or need to have a down payment on a bike when ordering. I was supposed to get a call when my size ebike came in. Didn't get that call and when I went in a few days after the shipment date, I found it had already been sold.
Let me add that Jeff does good work! He was excellent at taking the necessary time to help me take a final test ride and explaining the bike's features..................which I was finally able to purchase on 8-12-20

I have an old Pugeout bike that required repair. Y Not was able to get the parts and make repairs in the time frame that I needed. Great job done.

My tire was not replaced and we are having to return to get it done. Will see how things go once we bring it back. The gentleman we spoke to on the phone said to bring it back and it would be Corrected. Which I appreciate but don’t understand how the tube gets replaced but put a bad tire back on over it is confusing. Having to return is not convenient at all. But necessary in order to make it right. Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly though.

Employees could offer more information on warranty and other additional information unknown by the customer. They could also offer the customer information on bike repairs and services.
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I was told that the repair and tune up would take two weeks, but it actually only took 9 days. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Only problem is I was told my tires would cost approximately $25 apiece which should make it $50 for two tires I know they would be extra if I didn’t take the tires off myself but for the total price to be around $90 Seemed like a little extra but I am OK with that because the bike does ride very nice but I did not have any explanation when I repeated “wow when he gave me the price..But no hard feelings

Bike rental was only $10/hr up to $25 max. This made it easier for me to take my grandson on the bike trail and not have to worry about loading and unloading our bikes onto my bike rack.
They always service our bikes in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable of the product and equipment.
