Dave is a good guy and made me a great deal.
Everything is good quality products but they are fairly priced. Everything is extremely easy to find because the staff is very knowledgeable about everything.
Like the trek bikes , employees took care of my needs in a courteous and timely fashion .

I loved that I just walked right in, told the worker there what I was there for, and he got me in and out within 15 minutes! I only had to pay for the product, and they replaced the part on my bike free of charge! The worker even held the door for me when I left :D Top notch service!

It is close to home but there are times that parts are not available because of this supply and demand right now.

Servuce is excellent , but communication is poor, when asked what did they find any errors in the bike , he did not know since he didnot repaired . I am sure you should have some paper work to look at it , but he was indifferent

Great staff, extremely knowledgeable and very personable, Nice selection of products, never felt pressured . Eric took the time,even though the shop was extremely busy ,to explain the differences in models and allowed me to take for a test drive on nearby trail to help make my decision.Before he would allow me to load the new bike into truck for the 1 1/2 hr. trip home , although they were very busy ,did a thorough inspection to assure I would not have any issues. If you are looking for a great bike , from a great shop, with quality people, look no further than Y-Not Cycling ,Lexington ,Ohio...........Ron
