The store has a lot of products
The customer service was great. The young lady who helped us rent a bike and the nice man who helped us with explaining how to control the bike were so friendly and helpful.
It was a great experience and am looking forward to doing it again.

Sophia greeted me with a smile and in less than 10 min I was out the door, with my helmet, seat adjusted properly, on a 22 mile ride on the B&O. The electric bike I rented made the journey almost without effort. I HIGHLY recommend Y Not Cycling. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get to!
