in to days world quality bikes are very expensive you have quality bikes and parts at reasonable prices sometimes can get some good deals plus its a very nice atmosphere I like shopping there

Quality products competitive prices. Service after the sale. Sponsored events. Knowledgeable sales and service people. Computerized, I recently took my bike in for annual service and they only needed my name and what I wanted them to do. The rest was already in the system.

I used to buy generic products for biking such as pants, gloves, and helmets because of price, but I discovered that the product lines at Y Not are a better value in spite of being more expensive.
The service is wonderful. They make a point of knowing me, so it is very comfortable taking my bike in for service. The service is done well and as quickly as can reasonably be expected. Even in busy times they will take the time to do a quick fix, if that is all that is necessary, to get me back on my bike in short order. They also stand behind their work. I once had to take my bike back in after it was serviced. They fixed the problem promptly with no haggling over who was responsible and with no additional charge.
