I would like to share my exceptional experience at West Point Cycle - Main Street. I took my bike in as I cannot shift the gears even after I replaced the battery on my lever.
Then received a frank phone call from Mark at West Point with their assessment that I may need a brand new lever as the connector was bent. Ouch, it will cost an arm and a leg!!
But Mark said they will continue to try to fix the connector issue the next day. Kudos to his team (Derek and Santana) on their perseverance and hardwork, they managed to get the part back into the position and save me $$$. They definitely have given me a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and in return, they deserve to be given a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review!
Your sales people listened to what my wife wanted and sold her a modestly priced pair of shoes that she only needed for spinning. There were more expensive options and your sales person was not pushing those unnecessarily.

I ordered a pair of Assos ladies cycling shorts that were on sale. They were not able to ship them to Ontario so I contacted the BICI store on West 10th street. They were able to set my shorts aside for my son to pick up within an hour.
