Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I'm a total bike beginner and everyone in the shop was amazing. Multiple people helped me between picking up my bike order, picking out gear, making sure my bike was setup correctly, and installing a basket and checking out a deflated wheel before I left. Very informative and kind. Even helped me get my bike into my car at the end. Totally recommend, thank you! : )

Staff is always helpful and your store has a good selection of bike products both on line and in the store.
West Point Cycles in Kerrisdale have really kind knowledgeable staff that will help you with all your bike repairs. Small issues can be dealt with while you wait or you can leave your bike there for full servicing. My severely jammed chain was rectified without damaging the chain, so
no charge, which was really appreciated. I would recommend this business for any of your bicycle needs, whether an older family bike or a high end cycle. Thanks for your good service West Point!

So knowledgeable and helpful! Took my 2013 road bike in, which has old Di2 and a 28 cassette installed. Was looking to get a bigger cassette without upgrading the whole drivetrain. They were able to install a Wolf Tooth Roadlink and get a bigger cassette to work with my original derailleur. Can't wait to hit the hills with more gears!

I came in to get a helmet and Ethan was incredibly helpful! I am new to road biking and wanted to upgrade my helmet and Ethan took time and care to make sure that I knew how to select the best fit! There is no awkward feeling when you go in as a newbie. I felt very comfortable. The store has great selection and competitive prices! We will definitely be back.
