I buy all my parts and accessories from the friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff in Kerrisdale. They really want you to be confident in your purchases. And if they don’t have the part on hand, they get it in quick and inform you right away.
Randy and Andrew helped me an were very knowledgeable and helpful with guiding me to install a replacement cadence magnet. Great guys and West Point had the part I needed in stock!
My experience was once again with Lauren and not enough can be said of her knowledge and integrity. She didn’t try to sell me another high end pedal which albeit much lighter, it would have high tension for clipping in and out which has been my problem. Everyone in the shop works together to give you the best information and experience. I come from north burnaby to this shop because of this kind of problem solving and service that’s second to none!! Thank you🚴🏻♂️
