West Point Cycles in Kerrisdale has excellent customer service and a good array of products.
If they don't have the product in stock they will search for it and bring it in for you. They refurbished my older mountain bike with completely new derailleurs, brakes, and chain, and replaced the front tire and inner tube. Other bikes stores might have turned their noses up at this bicycle, but now it feels like a much newer bike and is ready for more country riding. Thanks for your good service Bob!
