Attention to detail is important ... last service required bar tape to be unwrapped and then wrapped again when shift cable was replaced. It was obvious that the right side bar tape did not end on the same start/end spot as the left hand side when the bike was picked up. I will live with it or rewrap it myself if I find that I can't stand it.
I brought in my bike and needed it back asap. Mechanic fixed it right away. Process was smooth and very accommodating
