What a FANTASTIC shop! They never let you down . I had CRACKS in my wheel so it needed to be replaced PRONTO as we were leading for a Cycling trip within a couple days. Andrew worked his magic & got another wheel the next day……so happy to say we are not going to miss our trip!!! Great Job!

I came into West Point Cycle looking for a particular part for my bike. I had already been to two bike shops before this and was told they did not have the part and had no idea how I could get one.
Once I stepped into West Point Cycle, they bent over backwards to help me find it. I was very impressed with their customer service from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.
This location will now be the main shop I take all my bikes to for service.
My son has been working hard and saving for a new bike. He lead the process by doing his research and selecting the bike he wanted (a Trek Marlin). He finally had enough money saved, so he went ahead and called West Point Cycles in Langley. They were kind and helpful and patient with him (and with me!); they have a customer for life!

I love the vaqriety of products in the store, and if something doesn't happen to be there offers are made to check the other stores and bring it in. Staff is also willing to research a product which might not be in the store, and give suggestions.
