We are middle-age, first-time ebike owners and your sales team was very nice to work with. They were helpful and knowledgable and while they made great suggestions, they were never pushy. The store had everything we wanted available and the team got us set up and out the door in very good time once we had made the decision to purchase.
They go above and beyond. I dropped my bike off for servicing Saturday afternoon, hoping to be able to go on a ride the next day. They weren’t sure if it would be possible and apologized. Later that evening a got a text saying my bike was ready for pickup. It’s Sunday morning now and I’m going for my ride… it wouldn’t have been possible without West Point Cycles; thanks guys!

Just got back from my test ride after new rear drive train, brakes and tune up. Rides like a dream!! I am pretty picky who works on my bike as it is an above average bike. West Point is On Point! Jeff really showed me all my options levels for parts and service. He ensured I knew my total costs would be upon pick up. The even did some extra help when I picked up to get my new bike computer synced. Highly recommend these guys!

WP Cycles is usually very busy but I was lucky in that there was time available for my problem to be fixed and book a service fairly quickly. My experience has been that the quality of work is very good and the costs are reasonable
