I am not satisfied at all with the tires on the hybrid TREK bike I purchased for my son in May. They are garbage in my opinion! He has had non stop flat tires driving a few blocks each day on a city street to school or work which make it a very unreliable mode of transportation. I can’t imagine what would happen on a trail!
I certainly wouldn’t recommend his particular bike for this reason alone unless of course you want to pay another $200 for new tires like I just did. Not happy about this at all.

I personally really like the enthusiasm and kindness of your staff, I never feel like I am asking dumb questions (although I suspect I occasionally do). We are impressed by the quality of the brands you promote. The attitude of your staff comes across "we will find a way to make this happen" NOT "sorry we can't help you with that", sort of like "the buck stops here", lovely to be on the reseptive end of that kind of service. It was a joy to purchase my new bike through your company, we will definitely continue to deal with WEST POINT CYCLES.
