After twenty years of frequenting West Point Cycles, the service has always been first-rate. Good advice -- never up-selling, always offering options, frequently detecting necessary repairs or finding simple solutions to what I thought was a major problem. Excellent attention ot detail. Lots of options to choose from, but when I have tried an alternative, I've been burned in comparison to what WPC offers (so I have not looked elsewhere very often). The frustrating part is that they are so good you need to book them well in advance given the high demand for their quality service.
The service team gave me an honest upfront assessment of what I'd need to get done to my bike to get it into top shape and they delivered. Very happy with the quality of work!

WPC had in stock the chainrings i need for my bike and that Shimano does not produce anymore and being at the other end of the country, the sale and shipment went smoothly. Even got a call from Jess because it took a few days before shipment, time to gather all the parts from their stores.
